These recipients will be entitled to receive the following data: civil status, identity and professional life.
These data will be transmitted to recipients based outside the European Union to allow for evaluation and monitoring of projects.
The following guarantees have been put in place to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data where necessary: the country offers an adequate level of protection; implementation of a contract between the person/entity responsible for data processing and the person concerned, the conclusion or implementation of a contract in the interest of the person concerned, agreed between the person/entity responsible for data processing and a third party or with the person's consent.
Pursuant to the amended Law on Data Protection and Liberties of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. Consequently, you can access your user profile and personally correct any of your personal data. 3. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE
