The Director of Publication of the website is the current Chairman and Managing Director of ANR. 2. PERSONAL DATA

Users of the website are required to comply with the Law on Data Protection and Liberties, failing which they will be liable for criminal sanctions. The data recorded in this regard will be used solely by the services concerned and will only be disclosed to the following recipients for projects they are involved in: employees of ANR, experts and evaluation committee members, members of competitiveness centres, representatives of supervisory bodies and other funding agencies, (co-financing) where needed.
Some of these recipients (especially employees of foreign agencies, in case of co-financing, foreign experts tasked with evaluating a projects portfolio) are based outside the European Union, notably in the following countries: Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Mexico, Moldova, Norway, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey and United States of America.
These recipients will be entitled to receive the following data: civil status, identity and professional life.
These data will be transmitted to recipients based outside the European Union to allow for evaluation and monitoring of projects.
The following guarantees have been put in place to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data where necessary: the country offers an adequate level of protection; implementation of a contract between the person/entity responsible for data processing and the person concerned, the conclusion or implementation of a contract in the interest of the person concerned, agreed between the person/entity responsible for data processing and a third party or with the person's consent.
Pursuant to the amended Law on Data Protection and Liberties of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data. Consequently, you can access your user profile and personally correct any of your personal data. Furthermore, you are entitled to exercise your rights by referring to the ANR Data Protection and Liberties Correspondent using this form.
You can equally object to the processing of your personal data on legitimate grounds or request the deletion thereof by completing the above form.

3. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

The website user acknowledges that he/she has the skills and means needed to access and use the website.

Likewise, ANR shall not be held liable for any misuse of the service by the user or in case of a temporary breakdown of the service (force majeure, maintenance downtime or technical incident, etc.).
The user of this website expressly agrees that ANR shall in no circumstances whatsoever be held liable for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages arising especially from the consultation and/or use of this website and any downloads, the use of any textual or visual data that would have been collected as well as any financial or commercial losses, lost programmes or data in its information system.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT

The website, its overall structure, texts, animate or inanimate images, sounds, know-how, drawings, graphics, logos (...) and any other component of the website are exclusively owned by ANR. The same applies to the databases on the website that are protected by the Law of 1 July 1998 to transpose the Intellectual Property Code of the European Directive of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases produced by ANR.
